Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request an exchange or refund within 14days of purchase if the product is in the same resalable condition. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and will agree to send the items back in the original packaging via RoyalMail Recorded Delivery. We can not refund any items lost in transit or that we do not receive. All refunds are processed as soon as the items are received ( postage is not refunded ) please allow 5 working days for your refund to show in your bank account.

Customer Liability

You the customer agree that you are using any of the products by Moma London at your own risk and Moma London will not be liable to any party  for personal injury, damage, death, claim for loss or damage if it was caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of the customer.

Intellectual Property

Moma London do not allow or authorise any third party to copy, reproduce or modify any content of our website, social media, logos or designs that are protected by the UK copyright laws.

 International Postage

 The cost of postage varies but will show at checkout, all custom and duty charges are to be paid by the receiver which is the customer.
